 Heat Sensitive Product - Whipped body butters are heat sensitive and will start to melt at temps around 90 degrees. If you live in a hot state please be aware! We recommend USPS Priority shipping if you are worried about melting. We take every precaution possible to ensure your body butter does not melt. If your body butter does melt, it can be fixed. It is normal for the jar to look half full when the body butter melts. Our body butters are whipped to create air pockets in the butter which give it a fluffy texture. If melted, let the product sit at room temp and re-solidify. You can either use as is or re-whip the body butter with an electric mixer in a separate bowl. Transfer the whipped body butter back into the provided jar.
