What ingredients do you use?

Scented and colored whipped body butter contain: shea and mango butter, almond oil, arrow root powder, fragrance oil, vitamin E oil, mica powder which may contain: titanium dioxide, iron oxide, chromium dioxide green. 

Unscented whipped body butter contain: shea and mango butter, almond oil, arrow root powder, vitamin E oil.

Scented and colored cloud cream body butters contain: distilled water, almond oil, shea and mango butter, cetostearyl alcohol polysorbate 60 (plant based emulsifier), glycerin, cetyl alcohol (plant based emollient), Propylene Glycol, Diazolidinyl Urea, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate (natural preservative), fragrance oil, vitamin E oil, mica powder which may contain: titanium dioxide, iron oxide, chromium dioxide green.

Do you offer returns?

We do not offer returns/ exchanges on body products due to sanitary reasons. It would be unsanitary for us to accept a return and sell that item to another customer. ALL SALES ARE FINAL on body-care products. This is common practice for most body-care shops. If you receive an incorrect order or have any questions about your order please contact us.

30 day return policy on non-bodycare products, subject to the following conditions: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you receive it, unused and in it's originally packaging. The 30 day return policy applies to all non-bodycare items. You must initiate a return within 30 days of the date you received the product. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. To initiate a return please contact us at cloudlemonbody@yahoo.com to obtain a return authorization and shipping instructions. Refunds will be issued to the the original method of payment used for the purchase. Refunds may take up to 3-10 business days to process and return onto the original method of payment. We do not accept returns on body-care products and final sale items. If you receive a damaged or defective product please contact us immediately at cloudlemonbody@yahoo.com so that we can assist you and arrange for a return or replacement.  If you have any questions about our return policy please contact us at cloudlemonbody@yahoo.com. When will my package ship and deliver?

Processing times are 1-3 business days (excluding holidays) We work as fast as we can to get your order to you. Please note that we ship body butters Mon-Wed. To prevent your package from sitting at USPS over the weekend. We do this to reduce the risk of body butters melting during shipment. If you have ordered body butter and boutique items within the same order, we will ship everything together (Mon-Wed).  You can choose your delivery method at checkout. After your order is processed it will then be received by the shipper. The delivery method you choose will be the amount of time it takes the shipper to deliver the package to your doorstep. Processing time (1-3 business days) + shipping time (you choose this at checkout) = estimated delivery time. Cloud Lemon Body & Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays that may occur with the United States Postal Service.

What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

Cloud Lemon Body & Boutique is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please notify USPS if any of these scenarios occur.

What if I receive the wrong order?

Please notify us within 1-2 business days if you receive an order that is incorrect so that we can assess and correct the issue.

Do you ship Internationally?

We currently do not ship Internationally. In the future and as our business grows, we plan to include international shipping options. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers.
